Dagmar Bock received her dance training 1993-1996 at the John Cranko School in Stuttgart and 1996-1998 at the Ballet School of Berlin.
She was engaged at the Nuremberg State Theater, under the direction of Daniela Kurz 1998-2004. Since 2004 she has worked among others with Jo Stromgren, Tero Saarinen, Lionel Hoche, Iztok Kovac, Russell Maliphant and Kenzo Kusuda. She danced in several productions of Cie. Toula Limnaios and also with Clint Lutes and Maya Lipsker in Berlin. In 2007, her second collaboration with Estefania Miranda, the piece "boudoir", has been produced.
She has been a company member of the Company Gregor Zöllig at the Stadttheater Bielefeld in 2007 and in 2008 part of the ensemble of the Theater Osnabrück and the choreographer Marco Santi. She also danced for Luc Dunberry and the Company Deja Donne in Italy. Since 2009 she is a member of the Company Marco Santi, at the Theater St. Gallen.
